Breakthrough Fitness is proud to team up with Biometrics Nutrition and Fitness to offer weight loss and nutrition programs.   Biometrics offers our clients a safe, healthy way to lose weight while learning to exercise and prepare nutritious meals.  We stand behind their programs, which combine healthy eating and exercise, to help clients make lifestyle changes for long-lasting weight loss.


In just six weeks, you will "learn to burn" with Biometrics! 

Biometrics meals and menu plans are designed by Registered Dietitians and consulting chefs...  and YOUR customized program is computer generated, based on your eating preferences, weight loss goals, and physiological measurements.
"I want to lose weight, but I don't know what to eat.  I don't know how much to eat.  I just need a plan!"

Biometrics provides each client with a structured, six-week meal plan using REAL foods that you buy at the grocery store.  You choose the meals that appeal to you from a restaurant-style menu, and you're provided with weekly shopping lists, plus daily meal plans and recipes.  You eat three meals and three snacks per day, so you'll never get hungry.  All you have to do is follow the program.  It's that simple!

Your personal trainer will lead you through the exercise portion of the Biometrics program, with three 30-minute weight training sessions per week.  This ensures that you preserve your fat-burning muscle mass while losing body fat. 

Our NEW "Biometrics Weight Loss Package" includes the recommended personal training, for the best possible results!  However, existing personal training clients may purchase a Biometrics Meal Plan separately and add it to ANY personal training package.  We also offer discounts for partners performing the personal training together.

Just call or email Breakthrough Fitness with your personal training availability (days and times), and one of our trainers will set up an appointment for your initial Biometrics profile.  At this meeting, your personal trainer will take your initial health history, height, weight, and measurements (to be compared with your results in six weeks).  You will select your desired meals from the Biometrics menu choices.  We'll order your meal plan and set up your personal training appointments.  You'll be ready to start in just 7-10 days!
