1-on-1 Get in Shape Package (2x/week)

If you haven't exercised much before, and you want to feel healthier and get in better shape, this program is for you. If you need motivation to exercise, two supervised personal training sessions per week will (1) establish your routine, (2) make the best use of your exercise time, (3) keep you accountable, and (4) maintain consistent progress. This program is also fine for clients who want to supplement their home exercise, such as walking on a treadmill, with trainer-supervised workouts.

Minimum training frequency, 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks.

This package is for you if: You want to start a workout program, and you know you will be OK on your own once you have established the habit. Or you have recovered from an injury, illness, or surgery, and you want to re-start your program safely, with supervision and guidance, after rehab or physical therapy. Or you are an athlete, even a Weekend Warrior, who wants to take your performance to the next level.

Bikini Boot Camp (training only)

Get ready for your favorite swimwear in our Bikini Boot Camp! No bikini required, just your desire to be your fittest, healthiest YOU this summer. In a small group, you will exercise 2 times per week with a certified personal trainer, doing a combination of strength, cardio, and endurance moves. We will use body weight, free weights, kettlebells, and more to tone & sculpt the muscles while burning body fat.

RECOMMENDED: For even better results, add a 6-week personalized eating plan from Biometrics[TM] with weekly shopping lists, recipes, and tips to help you establish lifelong healthy eating habits. Following this program, women typically lose 8-12 pounds, and men lose 12-17 pounds, while achieving major reductions in body fat. The menu plan is priced separately and may be added to the training portion of this program.

You'll meet with a personal trainer for your initial profile session, then exercise with your trainer's one-on-one instruction, three 30-minute sessions per week for six weeks. Your final session will be to evaluate your results and take final measurements.
