Bikini Boot Camp (training only)
Get ready for your favorite swimwear in our Bikini Boot Camp! No bikini required, just your desire to be your fittest, healthiest YOU this summer. In a small group, you will exercise 2 times per week with a certified personal trainer, doing a combination of strength, cardio, and endurance moves. We will use body weight, free weights, kettlebells, and more to tone & sculpt the muscles while burning body fat.
RECOMMENDED: For even better results, add a 6-week personalized eating plan from Biometrics[TM] with weekly shopping lists, recipes, and tips to help you establish lifelong healthy eating habits. Following this program, women typically lose 8-12 pounds, and men lose 12-17 pounds, while achieving major reductions in body fat. The menu plan is priced separately and may be added to the training portion of this program.
