Personal training is one-on-one, customized planning on how & when to exercise, with detailed instruction on what you should do. Your personal trainer will meet with you to discuss your goals and come up with a plan to help you break through your barriers to fitness. He or she will assess your current fitness level and give you exercises that are appropriate for your needs and your body. Your personal training program will be adjusted as you get stronger and more fit, or as your goals change.
In addition to one-on-one training, we also offer buddy training and small group personal training. If you would like to work out with a friend, your spouse, or your entire team, we can help design a program to meet your needs.
