"I love the fact that Breakthrough Fitness is not a gym, but an exercise studio. The atmosphere is relaxed and the exercise programs are more personalized for your or the group's needs."

"I have lost approximately 8 inches on my waist."
What do you like best about your workouts with Breakthrough Fitness?
"I love the variety in the workouts and the fact that there is always something new for me to try. The exercises, while challenging, were always fun and customized for my fitness level, and the atmosphere was lighthearted with lots of positive feedback. It made me look forward to coming back for my next visit. Linda also provides tips on how to do a lot of the same exercises at home with little or no equipment which motivates me to maintain my workouts away from the studio."
Have you tried anything else in the past, and if so, what?
"I have tried fitness boot camps in other gyms but was discouraged to stick with the brutal pace and intense trainers that left me exhausted with strained muscles."
