“Before I started with Breakthrough Fitness I really didn’t exercise for fear of going to a big gym. Then I discovered Breakthrough Fitness which was a small private gym that not only offered personal training but small group classes. This allowed me to begin an exercise regimen without worrying about other individuals in the gym and how I looked.

“I love the variety in the workouts and the fact that there is always something new for me to try. The exercises, while challenging, were always fun and customized for my fitness level, and the atmosphere was lighthearted with lots of positive feedback. Linda also provides tips on how to do a lot of the same exercises at home with little or no equipment which motivates me to maintain my workouts away from the studio.

“I definitely have an increase in strength and stamina since working out with Linda. I don’t know if I have lost weight, but I know I have lost inches. I can get into clothes that I didn’t before. “Joining Breakthrough Fitness was by far the best decision I have ever made! It took me awhile to make the commitment- I was once “on the fence” myself. All the normal objections- I don’t have the time, too much money, I’m too tired- I could go on and on…
