Tell me a little about your situation before you decided to start working out. What made you decide to start an exercise program with Linda Copeland & Breakthrough Fitness?
"I had just got out of the police academy & i wanted to stay in shape for my job. I didnt want to join a regular gym b/c i need that extra push. I drove past Breakthrough Fitness in my neighborhood & took the down the number. I then met with Linda Copeland. I had told her what i wanted to do & she told me how i can achieve my goal. I had then started to train with Linda."

"I have seen GREAT results with Linda. I HIGHLY recommend her. She takes her time to show & work with you on the exercises. Linda works around your schedule. Linda makes up your daily routine. "What i like best about my workouts is Linda dedicates her time to YOU & ONLY YOU. Your time is her time. Thats how you reach your goals. Linda makes the workouts challenging. If she didnt then you would not reach your goal."
Have you tried anything else in the past, and if so, what?
"I havent tried any other gym or trainer b/c theres no need to."

"That Linda will make sure that person reaches their goal. Linda is very flexible. The money is very worth spending."
