Tell me a little about your situation before you decided to start working out. What made you decide to start an exercise program with Linda Copeland & Breakthrough Fitness?
"I was approaching 50 when I first saw your ad. I had realized that I started to put on some weight, and was getting out of shape. I knew time was passing by, and I had already waited too long to start an exercise program.
So, I finally stopped procastinating, and never looked back!"
What results have you seen? What personal breakthroughs have you achieved from working with us?
"I have been able to maintain my weight for the 10 years I've been with you- and to stay toned as well. I gauge my success by trying on my wedding dress from time to time. I got married 20 years ago- and am still able to fit in my dress. I don't believe that would be the case if I didn't work out with you.
My "breakthrough" has been staying in shape, and fulfilling my commitment for 10 years. I feel better- emotionally and physically- because of my personal training. The one "breakthough" I have achieved- is realizing that working out is a life-long commitment.
Also, I have had some back issues. And, working out on a regular basis has helped tremendously."
What do you like best about your workouts with Breakthrough Fitness?
"When they are over, I'm able to get up and walk out the door without calling 911! (Ha Ha!)
The best part for me is having a on-going trainer who inspires and motivates me- (I want to be just like you when I grow up, Linda!)
I like the convenience, the personal attention, the gratification that I am taking care of my body- thus, will be in better health as I get older."
Have you tried anything else in the past, and if so, what?
"I tried joining a gym- but I didn't go on any consistent basis."
What would you say to someone who is “on the fence” about starting an exercise program with Breakthrough Fitness?
"Oh, where to start???
Joining BF was by far the best decision I have ever made! It took me awhile to make the commitment- I was once “on the fence” myself. All the normal objections- I don't have the time, too much money, I'm too tired- I could go on and on...
However, I feel my quality of life has improved. I keep my weight in check, my clothes fit better, I sleep better, and overall- I feel better and healthier.
Last year, was my 40th year High School Reunion- and many people commented that I hadn't changed- and looked good. (Probably a few too many drinks...) I knew it was because I had been working out on a regular basis for the past 10 years.
Taking care of my body and health- is the best and most important investment I could ever make. My only regret is that I didn't start earlier- but I'm so glad that I did. It was a decision that has changed my life for the better- and I've never looked back."
