Tell me a little about your situation before you decided to start working out. What made you decide to start an exercise program with Linda Copeland & Breakthrough Fitness?
"Before I started with Breakthrough Fitness I really didn't exercise for fear of going to a big gym. Then I discovered Breakthrough Fitness which was a small private gym that not only offered personal training but small group classes. This allowed me to begin an exercise regimen without worrying about other individuals in the gym and how I looked."
What results have you seen? What personal breakthroughs have you achieved from working with us?

"At first I was just sort of losing a little and then maintaining. However, once I adjusted my food intake the pounds eventually started to fall."
What do you like best about your workouts with Breakthrough Fitness?
"I like the variety of the personal workouts and the group classes were there as an option. So whether I did Zumba, belly dancing, or the cardio core on Saturdays, I was always able to mix up my workouts."
Have you tried anything else in the past, and if so, what?
"I had tried Jenny Craig however once I started back eating regular food the pounds returned. So i learned that I had to learn how to eat and incorporate exercise."
What would you say to someone who is “on the fence” about starting an exercise program with Breakthrough Fitness?
"I would say do it "today" don't put it off. Once you start, you will be glad you did."
