Tell me a little about your situation before you decided to start working out. What made you decide to start an exercise program with Linda Copeland & Breakthrough Fitness?
"After having my first child and noticing it was hard for me to lose that last 15 pounds. I found Breakthrough Fitness online as I browsed for some type of exercise program to help me lose the weight. So I decided to try the bootcamp class that was being offered at the time and I'm glad I did. I was able to lose the weight and I enjoyed the class so much that I signed up for another bootcamp and several different classes that were being offered."
What results have you seen? What personal breakthroughs have you achieved from working with us?

"My arms and legs are more toned after the exercise program. By having my arms and legs toned gave me the motivation to keep it up."
What do you like best about your workouts with Breakthrough Fitness?
"The workouts at Breakthrough Fitness allowed me to try things that I would not have otherwise thought I was able to do."
Have you tried anything else in the past, and if so, what?
"I have tried exercise programs on my own but never consistent with it mainly because I didn't know what to do."

"I would recommend Breakthrough Fitness to anyone that is interested in beginning an exercise program or if they want to add to their current exercise program."
